Born from a love of slow mornings

Sips Coffee Co. started with a simple belief: that the best moments of your day deserve a better cup of coffee. We opened our doors on North Boykin Drive with a small espresso machine, a recipe book full of handwritten notes, and a commitment to doing one thing really well.

Today, we source our beans from roasters who treat coffee as a craft, bake our pastries before sunrise, and still know our regulars by name. It's not a strategy — it's just how we like to do things.
